Are your items Authentic?

All items are from an online outlet, abd are factory direct. As we can guarantee you: what you see is what you get. If you find any quality problem when you receive the items, you can just send the items back to us, we will offer you a full refund.

What are your methods of payment?

We accept credit cards, Paypal. All prices are listed in $USD.

Where do you ship and what are your shipping rates?

1. We ship everywhere.
2. We will provide you with tracking number via e-mail once your items have been shipped out.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

All the items are handled by USPS (door to door service). Generally you will get your items in 2-5 days after your order has been processed. International shipping may vary. We also do rush delivery, but it must be specified with your order and costs more.

Do we issue refunds or exchanges?

There are no returns/exchanges allowed unless the wrong size/style was received. If you receive the wrong items, or you find any quality problem, you may return your items within 5 days of the receipt date. All items must be in the condition they were sent. Please make sure to send back all accessories (including the box), otherwise the exchange will be ignored.
